MICHAEL SPIBY – front man of The Badloves.


ARIA award winner Michael Spiby is the frontman and founder of Australian band The Badloves. His success with the band has seen him tour the country and internationally with Jimmy Barnes.

Spiby is the writer behind ‘Green Limousine’, ‘Lost’ and ‘Caroline’ and has been an icon in the Australian music industry for over thirty years.

During the band’s hiatus he started a solo career which produced ‘Ho’s Kitchen’ in 2000 and acoustic L.P ‘Barefoot’ in 2006 performing ‘au naturale’.

2017 is going to be a big year for Spiby with the Ho’s Kitchen tour, a new The Badloves album in the works and more shows added across the country.
